Due to this holdback of information, science is not advancing as it should be & would be at the public domain level.

AOE looks forward to advancing science serving all of humanity in the public interest, FIRST, in a commercialized for profit scalable business model that also supports social enterprise & Impact in undeveloped nations, & supports STEM platforms in the human spirit which the SDG goals do touch on in some ways, unfortunately with highly politicized delivery system hijacking it all, which has slowed it down disastrously.

AOE has been on calls with CEO of Vector Rocket company, & former assistant to the Chairman of NASA about our technology with interest from both.
